Returns and Refunds – Legal Guarantee
NOTICE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND RETURN FOR DEFECT OR NON-CONFORMITY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Rollerblade is not responsible for returns made using alternative courier services.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you wish to make a return, please follow these simple steps:
- You may send an explicit statement of your decision to withdraw to Triboo Digitale, via email at customercare@rollerblade.com, by requesting the withdrawal form from Customer Care and then following the instructions provided in the withdrawal confirmation email to complete the procedure.
- Upon completion of the procedure, a confirmation email will be sent containing the return form to be placed inside the box, a sheet with the warehouse address to be printed and attached to the outside of the package, and instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product.
- Place the completed return form inside the box together with the product(s) to be returned. Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their components, unused, with the original packaging and any enclosed manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.

- Keep the proof of shipment.
- Once the return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or via bank transfer.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY – RETURN FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event of defects and/or non-conformity, you will be entitled to the restoration of the product's conformity through repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
If you have received a damaged, non-conforming, defective or incorrect product, you may request repair or replacement or a refund of the item. Pursuant to European Directive 771/2019/EU and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers conformity defects of products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery, it being understood that your direct action to assert the aforementioned conformity defects shall in any case be time-barred within twenty-six months from their delivery. To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph – "Return Request" – specifying as the specific reason "Damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly sent product" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, clearly showing the defect.
Once the procedure is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all instructions on how to proceed with shipment. The authorisation to return the product shall in no way constitute recognition of non-conformity, the existence of which must be verified by us after the return. We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
In the event that the product's non-conformity is confirmed, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or via bank transfer.
